Our new Captains attend a three-day Professionalism, Leadership, and Mentoring class prior to flying as a Captain at American Airlines. During this class, we ask attendees to identify an impactful Captain they have flown with at our airline. During our last session, you were recognized as one of those impactful Captains. We have encouraged the class to learn from you and other impactful leaders about how to be a professional Captain at American Airlines.
